POLICY

Please inspect all purchased items immediately upon arrival and contact us IMMEDIATELY if your item is damaged, defective or if the incorrect item was sent and we will work together to resolve the issue. You will also need to submit a clear photo of the defective or damaged item. You will have a grace period of ONE WEEK (7 Days) after delivery date to contact us about any of the above.

DUE TO COVID 19 WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME! 

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS 

Refunds are available if your package has not been processed yet. Once you have been emailed a Tracking Number it is too late.

DELIVERY TIMES

VIA USPS

USPS First Class approximately takes between 3-5 business days to be delivered onced SHIPPED. 

USPS Priority Mail approximately takes 2-5 business days to be delivered once SHIPPED.

Delivery time varies based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

We are not responsible for delayed shipping , stolen packages or lost packages. Once we drop off your package to USPS it is out of our control and you will need to file a claim VIA USPS with your tracking number that was emailed to you

 

INCORRECT ADRESSES

Please make sure your address you submit at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses. We ship to the address you provided in your order. If you do catch your error, please contact us immediately after your order was submitted. Once we have purchased your shipping label it cannot be changed unless you pay the shipping fee once again!
